A hearty West African draw soup made with ground wild mango seeds. The okra-like viscosity of Ogbono makes it cling to swallows, so every bite is luscious. We simmer ours with palm oil, tender meats and greens, giving it a rich, slightly bitter-spicy taste. It’s often described as “super tasty” and nutrient-dense. Best eaten with pounded yam or amala for that authentic Nigerian experience.
